As I look at my life, it appears that learning indeed never stops. As Krishnamurti said, “There is no arriving, there is only the movement of learning – and that is the beauty of life.” My learning and research continuously take me in various fascinating directions of research and exploration. On an ongoing basis, I explore, observe, practice, and integrate the learnings and the lessons into my life and my work. It truly is becoming Learning as a Way of Being. The following are the core areas of my current exploration.

Language and conversation as tools for personal and organizational change.

Social learning and collaboration through Communities of Practice, within organizational and educational environments.

The world as seen through the holistic lens, from the perspective of ecological literacy, environmental sustainability, and new sciences.

An answer is an invitation to stop thinking about something, to stop wondering. Life has no such stopping places; life is a process whose every event is connected to the moment that just went by. An unanswered question is a fine traveling companion. It sharpens your eye for the road.
